Workforce Employment has a contract with each temporary worker supplied to our clients.
It is a contract for services and does not give rise to a contract of employment between Workforce Employment and the temporary worker.
Under the contract Workforce Employment will pay an agreed hourly rate to the temporary worker for all authenticated timesheets submitted and be responsible for the deduction of NI , PAYE and other deductions.
The contract explains the provisions of the working time regulations relating to paid annual leave, rest periods and working hours.
It also states that the temporary worker is not obliged to accept any assignment offered to them by Workforce Employment, but if they do so, during every assignment the following rules will apply.
