Whether you want to completely outsource all your recruitment or simply need a single temp we can help. Below our some examples of the types of solutions we have developed for our customers.
Temporary staffing can help in many areas where you have a planned peak in volume or whether you need to fill an immediate vacancy if one of your staff is absent unexpectedly or a planned absence such as maternity cover or holidays. Staff are available at short notice and are an ideal way of covering busy periods for your business.
Temp to Perm Placements
When you want to appoint a candidate on a permanent basis, but only after a satisfactory probation period has been worked, you can have your chosen candidate as a temp for a period of 12 weeks first! Basically, you can ‘try before you buy’ - and this is something that we find works well from both the client and the candidate’s point of view.
We pay your temp directly, on an hourly basis, for the first 12 weeks. At the end of a successful period, and providing both parties are in agreement, the temp candidate would then be eligible to transfer onto your permanent staff payroll with no further placement fees being charged.
The Permanent Division will help you find the person with the right skills and personality to fit in to your organisation. We deal with junior positions, right through to senior level vacancies. We offer a full consultancy service and can advise on salary levels and assist with interviewing if needed.
We work in partnership with you to provide an onsite solution. We manage the recruitment, which is solely focused on meeting client's needs.
We become the single supplier managing all. This is ideal for volume and/or temporary requirements where there are large numbers of the same role being recruited.
We provide all permanent and/or temporary recruitment requirements through our branch network.
This approach means we will assess and advise on a client's current model, before tailoring a recruitment programme best suited to achieve the specific goals.
Screening and vetting
We will handle the initial phases of the recruitment process on your behalf to ensure you are seeing the right candidates.
As part of a list of chosen suppliers, we will provide permanent and/or temporary recruitment requirements either through the branch network or one of the managed service models.
